The Partnership for Central America (PCA) Recognized as Runner-Up for Concordia Global's 2022 P3 Impact Award

New York NY, SEPTEMBER 20, 2022 – The Partnership for Central America (PCA) was selected as a runner-up for the 2022 P3 Impact Award that recognizes leading public-private partnerships that provide solutions for addressing some of the world’s most critical challenges. Jonathan Fantini-Porter, Executive Director of the Partnership, attended the 2022 Concordia Annual Summit (September 19 – 21) to present PCA’s approach and insights in front of Award judges and a live audience composed of government, industry, and civil society leaders.

The P3 Impact Award was created by Concordia, the University of Virginia Darden School for Business, and the U.S. Department of State’s Office of Global Partnerships to highlight leading practices in cross-sector collaboration that address societal challenges. Partnerships are evaluated on the strength of cross-sector collaboration, operational structure, measurable impact, economic and social-inclusion benefits, financial sustainability, innovation, and scalability. The P3 Impact Award is presented each fall during the Annual Concordia Summit, the premier global affairs forum that convenes alongside the UN General Assembly and brings together leaders and decision-makers from the public, private, and nonprofit sectors.

“It is the unique, capacity-building partnership between government, the private sector and civil society that enables us to achieve such broad impact. We’re grateful to Concordia, the University of Virginia Darden School for Business, and the U.S. Department of State for the recognition and support. Congratulations to SAMRIDH and the other nominees on your impactful work. We’re honored to be in such incredible company.” - Jonathan Fantini Porter, Executive Director
