About the Partnership
The Partnership for Central America (PCA) is an independent, non-governmental and non-partisan organization that serves as a coordinating body of Vice President Harris’ Call to Action to advance economic opportunity across underserved populations in El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras. The PCA works with a multi-national coalition of private organizations in collaboration with governments, non-profit groups, and private philanthropy to mobilize and coordinate private investments to help ensure a measurable and sustained impact on the people of Northern Central America for a better life in their homeland.
